Information this website collects

This website itself has no contact forms, accounts, or newsletter sign-up, and does not ask you to type in personal information. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies on this site.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so that it can deliver the site and keep it secure.

Service requests

“Request Service” and “Request a Maintenance Plan” buttons open our online request form hosted by Jobber, a separate company. Information you enter there (such as your name, address, phone, email and service details) goes to us through Jobber and is also handled under Jobber’s privacy policy. We use it to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and send quotes and invoices.

Third-party services

Google Fonts is used to display text, so your browser connects to Google.
Our Google reviews are loaded from Google on our server; your browser does not send your information to Google for this.
Links to Facebook, YouTube, Google and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, or when required by law.
