One-Time Treatments
Upper & Lower Exterior Pest Treatment
$175–$375 one-time
EPS means Exterior Pesticide Spray. Our upper and lower EPS service treats designated upper and lower exterior areas of your home and includes a pest management inspection.
Pricing ranges from $175 to $375 per treatment, depending on house size. Exterior service is outside only. Your first insect pest treatment includes an initial pest inspection at no additional charge.
Optional Interior Treatment
+$175
Interior pesticide treatment, when needed and requested, is $175 in addition to the exterior service price. It is not included in the exterior service.
Scheduled exterior treatments and inspections help manage pest activity and reduce the likelihood of pests entering the home.

Winter Pest Maintenance
Our winter maintenance adapts to seasonal conditions. When the snow falls, we shift from water-based applications to dust-based treatments, where appropriate and permitted by the product label.
Where appropriate, we use insect growth regulators (IGRs) to help interrupt the development and reproduction of targeted insects and reduce future pest populations. In the winter months, the focus is on helping keep egg pressure and spider activity down.
Winter service includes an inspection of safe, accessible exterior areas, with targeted treatment based on pest activity, conditions, and the approved service plan. This helps manage pest activity around your home throughout the year.
Interior treatment remains separately priced unless included in your agreement.
Good To Know
- ✓ Easy Pay is a payment option, not a visit schedule. Easy Pay spreads the cost of your 12-month plan into monthly payments; visits follow the plan you choose (Monthly, Bi-Monthly or Quarterly).
- ✓ Inspection scope: each visit includes a pest management inspection of safe, accessible exterior areas. Walls are not opened and hidden areas may not be visible.
- ✓ Exterior only: EPS (Exterior Pesticide Spray) is outside only. Interior treatment is +$175 when needed and requested.
- ✓ Winter visits: when the snow falls we shift to dust-based treatments with insect growth regulators (IGRs) where appropriate. See Winter Pest Maintenance.
- ✓ Treatment of active wasp nests: your technician will explain in person how long the treated nest should remain.
