Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the quarterly and every-two-month plans?

Quarterly plans include 4 scheduled exterior visits a year (every 3 months). Every-two-month plans include 6 (every 2 months). Each visit includes upper & lower exterior treatment and a pest management inspection. Compare plans.

Does Easy Pay mean you come every month?

No. Easy Pay spreads the cost of a 12-month residential plan into monthly payments, as low as $75/month depending on structure size. Visits follow your quarterly or every-two-month schedule.

What does EPS mean?

EPS means Exterior Pesticide Spray. Our upper and lower EPS service treats designated upper and lower exterior areas of your home. It is outside only.

Is interior treatment included?

No. Interior pesticide treatment, when needed and requested, is $175 in addition to the exterior service price.

How much is a one-time treatment?

A one-time upper & lower exterior treatment is $175–$375 depending on house size, plus $175 if interior treatment is needed and requested.

Which pests are covered by a plan?

General ants, spiders and wasps. Carpenter ants, subterranean termites, raccoon, squirrel and skunk trapping, and hornet nests away from the structure (for example, in a tree) are charged separately.

Do you offer commercial plans?

Plans shown on this site are residential. Commercial plans are quoted on site as needed.

What does your inspection cover?

We inspect safe, reasonably accessible areas for pest activity, entry points and visible conditions. We do not open walls or move stored belongings, so hidden pests or damage may not be visible.

I hear heavy noise in the ceiling at night. What is it?

Heavy noise in the ceiling from about 9 PM to 5 AM is usually a sign of a raccoon.
