Huntley has grown fast, from the historic downtown square to the newer subdivisions along Route 47 and the large Del Webb Sun City community. Christopher Pest Management serves Huntley homeowners from our Cary office, a short drive east.
Licensed in pest control since 2000, with 26 years of experience, we start every job with an inspection of the safe, accessible areas of your home so we treat the actual problem and look for how pests are getting in.
Common Pests in Huntley Homes
Newer construction surrounded by open farmland and detention ponds brings plenty of stinging insects. Yellow jackets often nest in the ground near landscaping beds and sprinkler lines, and paper wasps build under eaves, soffits and porch ceilings. We provide treatment of active wasp nests, and your technician will explain in person how long a treated nest should remain.
Pavement ants are common under the driveways, patios and slab floors found in many Huntley homes, and they can appear indoors even in winter, so an interior treatment may be required. When fields are harvested in fall, house mice move toward homes and look for gaps at garage doors, siding and utility lines; we can inspect and seal accessible entry points with our EntryLock® barrier system.
Maintenance Plans for Huntley Residents
We offer Monthly (12 visits a year), Bi-Monthly (6 visits) and Quarterly (4 visits) residential plans. Each visit includes an upper and lower exterior treatment, EPS (Exterior Pesticide Spray, outside only), plus a pest management inspection. Plans run 12 months and are priced by structure size, with Easy Pay as low as $75/month on Bi-Monthly and Quarterly plans.
